Sowing Seeds and Seedlings at the MWC Center

Everyone is invited to sow seeds and seedlings during Earth Day weekend on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 12noon-2pm, at 5 Broadhead Ave, New Paltz, NY, It’s planting season in New Paltz and we are excited about starting a new tradition at the future location of the MWL Center!

Here is how to participate:

-Before you arrive, pick up just a few FREE seeds from the ”Seed Library” inside Elting Library located on 93 Main St. in New Paltz, NY. (our favorite library partners 📚)

-Bring your seeds to the MWL Center located on 5 Broadhead Ave, between the times of 12noon and 2pm.

-Be ready to plant seeds and seedlings in the planter or the earth

-DON’T forget to stop during the summer to see how the seeds the community planted are growing!
